Days grow short, nights grow long, and the beer in our glass grows dark. As winter settles in around the brewery, hearty caramel and chocolate malts come out to play. Softly Falling Darkness is a deep, rich stout softened by heaps of flaked and malted oats. Velvet notes of dark chocolate dance across the palate.

Festively brewed with Vienna and Pils malts, and prized Hallertauer hops, Goat Race Maibock is brewed annually to celebrate the strange magic that is the Sly Fox Bock Fest & Goat Race. Richly malty and full-bodied with flavors of honey-drizzled, toasted bread crust, toffee, and dried stone fruit, accented with soft, floral hops.

Brewed in collaboration with the local Pink Boots Society chapter, this unfiltered kellerbier was inspired by the classic Weihenstephaner 1516, and then “Americanized” with the addition of the 9th annual Pink Boots hop blend. Light bready, toasted malt flavor is balanced by a floral hop profile, with notes of stone fruit and papaya.
