Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation began when Alexandra "Alex" Scott, who battled neuroblastoma as a young girl, started a lemonade stand in her neighborhood to raise money for the hospital she was a patient of. Today, ALSF has grown into one of the largest independent childhood cancer charities in the U.S. Over the past 25 years, ALSF has funded groundbreaking research initiatives, including studies on early cancer detection and innovative treatments. The foundation has also provided crucial support to families, raising millions to advance pediatric oncology and improve outcomes for children battling cancer.
