Did you know Lager is traced back to Austria in the mid-1800s when brewmaster Anton Brewer started using a new pale modified malted barley we now know as "Vienna malt".

Brewing with Vienna malt adds a beautiful bronze color to a finished beer, as well as a subtle malt sweetness and a slightly toasty character. That's exactly what it does to our Blitz Vienna Lager.
