About the Role
Food Preparation: Chop vegetables, cut meats, measure ingredients, and follow recipes provided by the kitchen manager.
Cooking Operations: Operate kitchen equipment like pizza ovens, grills, and burners to cook food to the correct specifications.
Sanitation and Cleanliness: Wash dishes, sanitize work surfaces, sweep and mop floors, and dispose of trash.
Food Safety: Prevent cross-contamination, monitor proper food storage, and adhere to health codes.
Requirements
Must be available to work 35+ hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
