Sly Fox Brewing Company Events Keep Getting Better
 This Saturday, May 30, the Sly Fox Brewing Company in Pottstown, PA, will host their annual Taps, Tunes and Trucks event at the Pottstown, Pennsylvania brewery. The event will feature three compelling musical acts and eight food trucks in a fun-filled day in the beautiful fields surrounding the brewery.
Festivities kick off at 10am with a massive community run, the Foxtrot 5k, and go until 6pm. Here's a preview of what to expect:
ANTHONY D'AMATO
D'Amato will hit the stage at 3:00pm. His New West debut, 'The Shipwreck From The Shore,' was recorded with members of Bon Iver, Megafaun and Josh Ritter's band and earned praise everywhere from the NewYork Times and Wall Street Journal to SPIN, Billboard and Entertainment Weekly! He is scheduled to share the stage with the Flaming Lips, Mumford & Sons, Dawes, Alabama Shakes and Jenny Lewis the week after Taps, Tunes & Trucks. Check out his NPR Tiny Desk Concert HERE.
FROG HOLLER
Regional bluegrass champs Frog Holler take the Taps, Tunes & Trucks stage at 12:30pm. The Washington Post called the band "Neo-hillbillies with a twist," playing " mountain blues and country as accessible and modern as the most hummable pop." TIN BIRD CHOIR
Tin Bird Choir is an alt-folk barn rock band up the road from the Sly Fox Brewery and they'll be starting the party at 10:00am. The husband-and-wife duo of Eric and Heather Hurlock are backed by musicians Josh Sceurman and Ellen Houle. Their songs have been played on Adult Album Alternative Radio and folk radio stations across the country and have been featured prominently on Philadelphia radio station WXPN. And don't forget the amazing collection of food trucks that the Sly Fox Brewing Company has invited for the day… Gourmet food will run the gamut from seafood to sweets, German to Italian! You can sample savories and deserts from Sum Pig, Heart Food Truck, Baron Von Schwein, The Cow and The Curd, Sweet Box, Mama's Meat Balls, The Sunflower Truck Stop and Surf and Turf not to mention the Sly Fox Tastin' Room's own heralded pizza and barbecue.
Bring a blanket and a chair and enjoy multiple varieties of fresh beer straight from the brewery. Come early and stay late for the last brewery event in the month of May.
