Texas toast submerged in our house-blended Helles Golden Lager beer batter, then grilled and topped with a Black Raspberry Reservereduction, powdered sugar and red and black raspberries.

Apricot Parfait
Creamy Greek yogurt whipped with apricot and layered with fresh fruit, candied barley malt, and candied pecans.
