18th Anniversary Party in Phoenixville will feature"Ugly Sweater" Contest

Sly Fox Brewhouse & Eatery's 18th anniversary will be marked on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 13th and 14th, with a weekend-long celebration at the Phoenixville pub. A new twist this year will be an "Ugly Sweater" competition on Friday, tying in with our 2013 Christmas Ale can design, where participants will have the opportunity to show off the worst that their closet has to offer. Prizes will be awarded, and we promise not to tell your favorite aunt that her gift to you took top honors.

Final details of the Anniversary Party are still being worked out, but you can count on 30-plus great beers on tap over the course of the weekend, including a special Anniversary IPA that will make its debut on Friday.

There will be a special tapas menu and live music. Friday will feature The Coal Town Rounders, a hard-driving, traditional bluegrass band from northeastern PA, and we'll keep the party going on Saturday, serving up all of the leftover brews and jamming to music by the Manatawny Creek Ramblers.
