Mohnton Couple Win Ireland Trip at St. Patrick's Day Drawing
Dennis and Joanne Griffith of Mohnton won a FREE TRIP TO IRELAND when their ticket was drawn at Sly Fox Brew House & Eatery in Phoenixville on St. Patrick's Day.Along with hundreds of other lovers of good beer, the couple participated in Sly Fox's annual St. Patrick's Day Boot Camp, a ten-week program conducted in Phoenixville (Wednesdays) and at Sly Fox Brewery & Restaurant in Royersford (Thursdays).
Participants earn raffle tickets each night they attend. Tickets from both locations are combined and then split into two batches to be drawn alternately at either site on St. Patrick's Day night, until the winner, who must be present, claims the prize. For the first time this year, the drawings were linked via Skype and could be viewed live from both locations.
This was the eighth year for the Boot Camp program.
