As you might imagine, Sly Fox Brewing will be all over Philly Beer Week 2009 and we wanted to alert our loyal subscribers to where you can find us.

These are the major events in which Sly Fox will be a prime player:

	PHOENIXVILLE PUB CRAWL March 14 @ Bridge St. & Rt. 113, Phoenixville. Visit Sly Fox & The Epicurean on Rt. 113, then hit Bridge Street for Iron Hill, Pickering Creek, 1001 Bridge, Columbia Bar & Grille, Molly McGuire's and P. J. Ryan's. Brewers will be hosting at each locale. Starts at 1pm. More details in our online calendar listing. STANDARD ALE RELEASE March 6 @ The Standard Tap, 901 N. Second St., Philadelphia. Pre-Game for the official start of PBW with Standard Ale, brewed by William Reed of Standard Tap and Brian O'Reilly of Sly Fox. 4pm (tapping at 5pm). OPENING TAP *March 6 @ Comcast Center, 1701 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Philadelphia.* Join the Philadelphia area's great brewers for the official opening of Philly Beer Week. Be on hand for the arrival of the Hammer of Glory, witness the tapping of the week's first cask, enjoy an offbeat Philly-style awards ceremony. 7pm. BREWERS PLATE March 8 @ University of Pennsylvania Museum, Philadelphia This popular and unique evening of gourmet food and local craft beers is the city's premiere food-pairing event every year. 4pm. PHILLY BREWERS CENTER CITY BAR CRAWL March 11, starting @ Jose Pistola's, 263 S 15th St., Philadelphia Seven local brewers and their beers will be featured at eight Center City taverns. Join the beer makers as they troop between the bars, showing off their classic ales and lagers. 6pm. FRIDAY THE FIRKINTEEN March 13 @ The Grey Lodge Pub, 6235 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia One of Philly's most famous beer events falls during PBW this year. Chaos will surely ensue. 9am. SMOKE 'EM IF YOU GOT 'EM March 13 @ Yards Brewing Company, 901 N. Delaware Ave., Philadelphia The first PBW of its kind, featuring smoked beers from some of the world's finest breweries (over 20 of them), smoked food from Philadelphia's best BBQ and lots of genuine awesomeness. 11am. REAL ALE INVITATIONAL March 15 @ Yards Brewing Company, 901 N. Delaware Ave., Philadelphia A cask ale extravaganza brought to you by Yards Brewing & Triumph Brewing companies. Join the area's premier cask ale producers for this one-of-a-kind event. 1pm. ZYTHOS AMERICA March 15 @ University of Pennsylvania Museum, Philadelphia Sly Fox is one of eight American breweries to be invited to participate in this first U.S. celebration of Zythos and the culture of Belgian beer. 4pm.
