A special, one-time brew by guest brewer Scott Morrison, Dude de Garde is a classic French farmhouse ale similar to a Saison, but often somewhat stronger and more flavorful. Biere de Garde's were the beers of the farmhands and Morrison's interpretation, brewed this time with Sly Fox brewmaster Brian O'Reilly, was considered one of the area's finest when he was brewing at McKenzie Brewhouse.
