We collaborated with our long time friends at Barcade on a traditional Dunkel Bock inspired brew (with a Boogie Nights inspired name), with the added twist of including chestnut flour in the mash. Flavorful Vienna, Munich, caramel, and roasted malts from Bavaria meshed with the chestnut flour to create a rich, robust bock with a toasted malt flavor profile.
