Sly Fox was chosen to create one of the commemorative beers for this year's AHA National Homebrewers Conference held in Philadelphia. We collaborated with the Bruclear Homebrew Club in the creation of Bruclear Rye Saison.

This dry Belgian-style ale was brewed using rye in addition to the traditional barley malt, and fermented with our house saison yeast strain that imparts the signature spicy aromas and flavors and dry finish to this flavorful style.
