Belgian Weekend
Come on out to the Tastin' Room for a bevy of Sly Fox' Belgian inspired beers on tap this weekend and some delicious special creations from our pizza oven & kitchen.
Featuring Renard D'or (brand new batch on tap side by side with a 1 yr old vintage), the elusive and seductive Incubus Tripel, one yr old Ichor, Belgian Dubbel, Saison de Cuivre, Belgian Blonde and more.
Beers will be available in flights of three accompanied by an assortment of cheeses, toasted bread points, and a lamb prosciutto.
A special Belgian inspired menu
Ichor Braised Beef Stew
Croque Monsieur Grilled sandwich with ham,
Gruyere cheese and topped with a cheese sauce.
Farmhouse Mussels with roasted garlic, leeks, and Saison Vos
Incubus Mussels with andouille, roasted fennel and our spicy Belgian Tripel
each served with toasted bread points
Green Peppercorn Pizza with roasted garlic oil, provolone and
mozzarella cheeses, roasted fennel, andouille, and green peppercorns.
Topped with shaved Pecorino Romano cheese.
