After five years of brewing single hop IPAs every month to mark the founding of Sly Fox Brewhouse & Eatery in 1995, Sly Fox Brewing Co. has switched the monthly varietal brewing program to Pale Ales for 2009. Enjoy each of these special beers throughout the year – a new varietal will be on draught every Second Friday through November – and then join us for Hop Project Day on Friday December 11th.
