	Santiam IPA This is the eighth beer in IPA Project 2005. First released in 1997, Santiam is an American aormatic hop which was developed from Tettnang and Hallertauer strains. It is noted for its floral, spicy nose and is used in brewing a wide variety of styles, from Lagers to Bock to Belgian Tripels. 16.5 OG \| 100(?)
