Dax Maibock
Each year, this traditional Spring beer, brewed with German Vienna and Pils malts and Hallertauer hops, is named in honor of the winner of the Annual Sly Fox Goat Race. Each year's version is slightly tweaked from the previous year's to make it special. The 2010 race was won on May 2nd by Dax, besting a field of 46 goats to be the first repeat champ ever.
