Chester County Lightning
This is a one-time-only brew, a special corn-based beer which is named as a tribute to all the farmers in Chester County who grow the food we eat. It was brewed at the request of Michael Jackson for his annual Tutored Tasting at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archeology and Anthropology on March 18, 2006, which focused on the use of different grains in making beer. Chester County Lightning?s simple, unchallenging flavors and 6.8% ABV will help heal the body?s soreness and erase the memory of a hard day?s work in the fields. Enlightenment for the mind and soul would be a bonus, should it occur. It was brewed using lots of flaked maze and corn syrup, and hopped very delicately.
