Falconer's Flight
This hoppy ale was brewed with a special hop blend known as "Falconer's Flight" and lands somewhere in the beer spectrum between American Pale Ales and IPAs. Hop Union created this proprietary blend of hops to honor and support the legacy of Northwest brewing legend Glen Hay Falconer. It consists of numerous hops from the Pacific NW including some of today's most sought after varieties (Citra, Simcoe, Sorachi Ace among them) & other experimental hops in development.
