Berliner Weisse
A German wheat ale fermented with lactobacillus culture along with traditional warm fermenting ale yeast. The result is a refreshing brew with a tart, sour flavor that can be served as it is or with woodruff or raspberry syrup added to balance the acidity of the beer.
