Amarillo IPA
Amarillo IPA is a big, strong varietal IPA brewed with 100% domestic Amarillo hops, which have become quite popular in recent years because they offer a citrusy aroma and flavor similar to Cascades with floral notes as well. The 1st IPA Project beer we ever did in 2004 and a popular hop we brought back in '07 & '08.
