ON THE ROAD: Citizens Bank Park Pre-Game BBQ
Sly Fox beers and Sweet Lucy's Smokehouse chicken and ribs will be featured at a BBQ before the Phillies v. New York Mets game as part of the July 4 Weekend celebration. $75 includes all the beer and food you can handle, a ticket to the game and a commemorative t-shirt. IPA Project Varietal Beer Release: Styrian Golding
The sixth varietal IPA in the 2008 IPA Project will be released today. A new varietal will be on draught every Second Tuesday through November, leading up to IPA Project Day in December. Styrian Golding hops are grown in Slovenia as nre the same variety as the English Fuggle hop, but the climatelogical differences make the Slovenian version have a somewhat higher alpha rating.

Sly Foz/Arcadia Night @ The Blind Tiger
It's gonna be a wild time at the famous Blind Tiger with 15 Sly Fox beers and another 10 from Michigan's Arcadia Brewing Co. all on tap at one time. It's the sort of beer night that makes you just say "Dude!" Brian O'Reilly will be on hand to try and maintain order. Yeah, right.
